You MUST animate with atleast 30-33 FPS!

No SEX or anything involved with fucking a Madness dude in the ass..

DRUGS is allowed, if you use them in a funny animation.

Your Madness part MUST have atleast 7-20 seconds long.

TWEENING is allowed, but ONLY if you're handy with doing tweens.

Answer: Upload the .fla version of your Part to FileFront, then Copy the Link when you see (Download (Example: Madnesspart.fla). Then Copy the link, and Paste it when you're writing an PM to me.
