Hmm... that scene doesnt look too bad, but you do need to work on your wall-blood effrects.
Try putting the paint brush on a big-ish setting, zooming in and putting it on 100% smoothing, then do dots, so it looks like theyre spraying in a direction.
Make sure to put more dots at the center or start of the blood spray and less towards the end.
